Catching And Cooking Crayfish *GRAPHIC CONTENT*



Crayfish or crawdads(Procambarus clarkii) are small freshwater crustaceans that are plentiful during summer and a great tasting source of protein. Just dipping some liver on my fishing pole, into a small stream, im able to pull up a few for a good summer breakfast.
