From Hollywood Badboy to Bad AssI’m a Black Belt and I’ve been in my fair share of fights in my day. This system taught me things I never even conceived about self defense. Hell, I taught some of the staff weapons defenses from Module 8. and in minutes, thee guys were hammering me. I have to say, the Self Defense Training System is just that good Child Star, Black Belt, Bad Boy and Self Defense Training System Member Danny Bonaduce. |

US Army Special Forces Captain Praises the SDTS!!!The training and teaching techniques embedded in this program are the most intuitive I’ve ever experienced in my 15 years of professional military, federal and private sector work. I speak from experience, having been trained in combatives with special forces, UFC, Krav Maga and a lifetime of wrestling. I highly recommend this method of self defense training for anyone regardless of experience. It’s not what you know, it’s how you apply it. John Poerstel (Contractor, U.S. Department of State) US Army Captain, Airborne, SFAS graduate, certified Level II combatives, |

Kicking Terrorist Ass!One of the most often asked questions I receive while teaching Hand to Hand Combat here in Afghanistan to our brave US and Coalition Service Members is which system is more effective: the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program (MCMAP) or the US Army Combatives Program? While I could give a lengthy and detailed essay on the pros and cons of each system, I will offer the following response…which ever gets the job done quickly and violently. The Self Defense Training System™ is that system and that’s why I chose to teach it to our troops over everything else I’ve seen LtCol Darren C Poesel USMC |

Actors From hit TV show The UNIT get some Real Hands on Training with The Self Defense Training System™So there I was getting ready for class this evening when a gentlemen in a USO shirt came up and started talking to me. As our conversation grew I asked him what he was doing over here and he mentioned that he was an actor (Max Martini) in the TV series The Unit. I replied, I’m sorry, it you had been prettier I might have recognized you, but since I don’t watch much TV in Kabul, I’m don’t recognize you. We both laughed and walked over to the Training Dummy and I started explaining to him what it is that I teach (The Self Defense Training System™) and did some demo on BOB. Then he started hitting the dummy (while I filmed with my camera). Then another actor ( Robert Patrick) came over and said “Oh, are you doing Krav Maga?”. No, I replied, this is The Self Defense Training System™ it’s a little more brutal combatives system I teach to to operators. That’s when my student Aimal (our hero from the Taxi situation) chimed in…No, no, no, you can’t wind up with a punch or a kick your assailant will see that a mile away, you need to lead with speed and follow with power! After he watched he stood back and said “Hey, I think you really have something there.” As we finished our mini-class the actor Max said he would drop by the web page and that if he was ever in Tampa or N.J., that he should come by and for some more hands on training. The Self Defense Training System™ is “As Real as it Gets”This will make you laugh, I caught Bas Rutten on Google Video teaching self-defense punching with bare knuckles this morning, so I went down to the Hapkido studio to see what BOB (the training dummy) thought…BOB went thumbs down. Punching is powerful (and I can punch hard) but chopping is much faster, hits more vulnerable targets, doesn’t push the opponent out of range of follow-up shots and won’t break your hand on impact. Us Army Ranger Finally Discovers what he’s been Searching for in The Self Defense Training System™The Self Defense Training System™ is exactly what I have been searching for for years: an effective self defense program that didn’t take years of training and the flexibility of an Olympic gymnast. I wasn’t interested in another sport to compete in, strength training, or aerobic conditioning. And it had to fit into my already hectic schedule. I can very emphatically say that I have learned more self-defense in six weeks than a much younger, stronger me learned in 1-year of martial arts, 3-years of wrestling and Army Ranger combatives training. Every week I have walked out of the gym with powerful techniques that I could put to immediate use. I have learned where to hit (eyes, neck, groin and shin), how to hit (full body weight striking through the target), what to strike with (palm, edge of hand, elbow or forearm), and how many times to hit (until injury occurs). I look forward every month to learning something new which I can do to protect myself and my loved ones. Doug Welch |

The Self Defense Training System™: Simplicity is the Hallmark of Genius!I have taken part of several ‘self defense; classes. Some were martial arts discipline specific. Some were more genral combatives programs. Out of all of them, The Self Defense Training System™ from The Self Defense Company™ is by far the best. It teaches you to focus on simple, easily executed responses to threats and deadly sitiuations the avergage citizen or soldier might encounter. In my opinion, The Self Defense Training System™ teaches you the quickest and fastest way to disable and assailant and remove yourself from the threat. I have discovered how to execute action with little regard for my target who has no regard for my well being or fightng ‘fairly’ I can’t emphasis enough that the hallmark of this program and the genius of this program is simplicity. I am confidant that I will be ale to handle one, two or three assailants if I had to. I define success in this situation as very little injury to myself and maximum injury to the targets. I confidently recommend ths program to anyone regardless of their existing level of experience Joseph P. Moehlmann |

The Self Defense Training System™ is the only System you NeedI have bought the complete Self Defense Training System about three weeks ago and after watching the entire program, I feel obliged to tell the public how good your program really is for their own safety. First of all, after training in Close Combat only for a few weeks I realized how The Self Defense Training System™ was superior to other self-defense systems. My second reason is because it’s easy to see in the DVDs that Mr. Damian Ross is an honest man and that he has the safety of people at heart. Lastly, I strongly encourage you to buy this entire Self Defense Training System because Mr.Ross doesn’t show you anything that will put your life in danger Here is my suggestion: Buy the entire Self Defnese Training System as your core self-defense, train as instructed, and to add a little more reality have a partner get in Thank you Mr.Ross for making this collection because you’ve contributed to making our world a safer place. Best Regards, Alexandre Desorosiers, Medical Student and Microbiologist, Montreal |

We took all the proven martial arts in the world, removed all of the sport and ceremony until only the most lethal and vicious techniques remained. Then we added every possible method of silent killing from modern warfare plus every dirty trick in the book from old school gutter fighting and put them all in a 12 step scientific training program. The Self Defense Training System is pure, unedited and uncensored brutality in a modern training system.
Once you begin training in the Self Defense Training System you will be feared. When you’re in the system you actually HOPE someone tries to mess with you, just so you can pimp slap them into the ground. There are no martial arts secrets, just the hardcore, lethal tactics of the Self Defense Training System.
This is the ultimate kick ass and take names program your local martial arts “master black belt” wish he knew. Martial Arts are NOT Self Defense. In a real fight you have only seconds not minutes to survive and win. Kids do martial arts; men do the Self Defense Training System.
